Students

• Sign in with Google or Microsoft.
• Join your class once using the class join code from your teacher.
• Enter the live lesson code shown by your teacher.
• Your responses save automatically to the right Student Folio.

Teachers

• Sign in and request teacher access if your account is not already approved.
• Create a class and share its class join code with students.
• Create or import a lesson, then launch it for a class.
• Use the control room to open activities and review live responses.

PDF import

Teachers can upload a PDF exported from another lesson or presentation tool. Classfolio converts each page into a slide image, extracts text where possible, and suggests slide types for review before saving the final lesson.

Admin approvals

Admin users can approve teacher access requests from the admin approvals page. An admin account must haverole: adminandapproved: truein Firestore.
