Classfolio
Cookie Notice
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Overview
Classfolio uses cookies and similar browser storage where needed to provide account sign-in, security, and normal app functionality. Everything listed below is essential to running the service — there are no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so there is nothing here to consent to or opt out of.
Essential cookies and storage
- Sign-in. Firebase Authentication may store session information in the browser so users stay signed in between visits.
- Abuse protection. Classfolio uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to verify that requests come from the genuine Classfolio app rather than an automated script. It runs on every page and may set cookies and read device and browser signals to make that judgement. It is a security control, not analytics, and its use is governed by Google’s privacy policy and terms.
- Language preference. Your chosen language is stored in your browser so the site does not have to guess it again on your next visit.
- Interface preferences. Small settings such as whether the navigation menu is collapsed are stored in your browser so the app looks the same when you return.
Analytics and marketing cookies
Classfolio uses none. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics tools and no session-recording scripts in the application — not even Google Analytics. If that ever changes we will update this notice and add the consent controls required before any such cookie is set.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Removing essential storage may sign you out or stop parts of the app from working until you sign in again.
