Use of Classfolio
Classfolio is provided for teaching, learning, lesson delivery, assessment support, and student evidence capture. Users must use the service lawfully and in line with their school or organisation policies.
Accounts
Students sign in with an approved authentication provider and join classes using class join codes. Teacher accounts require admin approval before teacher tools can be used. Users are responsible for keeping their account access secure.
Content and uploads
Teachers are responsible for lesson materials, imported PDF content, links, images, videos, and prompts they upload or create. Do not upload content unless you have the right to use it in your teaching context.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted marking and import enhancement can support teacher workflow, but outputs should be reviewed by a teacher before being relied on for important decisions.
Availability
Classfolio depends on third-party services including Firebase. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, deployments, outages, or network disruption.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Classfolio develops. Replace this page with formally reviewed terms before wider public or commercial use.
