What does this do?

Imports a PDF or PowerPoint file and converts each page or slide into a draft lesson slide using AI detection and OCR. Supports files up to 50 MB and up to 40 pages.

When should I use it?

Use this when you have an existing presentation or printed resource you want to turn into an interactive Classfolio lesson without rebuilding from scratch.

How do I use it?

1. 1Drag or upload a PDF or PPTX file (up to 50 MB)
2. 2The system parses, renders, and OCRs each page automatically
3. 3Each page is saved as a draft slide with a detected slide type
4. 4You're redirected to Import Review to check and improve the draft

Common mistakes

• Files over 50 MB will be rejected — compress your PDF first
• Files with more than 40 pages will trigger a warning — consider splitting the file
• Scanned images with low contrast OCR poorly — AI detection may miss content
