What does this do?

Generates a complete assessment from a topic brief or an uploaded document, or creates a similar-style variation of an assessment you already have. Every question, mark scheme, and model answer is editable before you deploy it.

When should I use it?

Use this when you want a new assessment quickly, need a second version of an existing assessment for a resit or parallel class, or want to build a starting point from a past paper or specification PDF.

How do I use it?

1. 1From the Assessments library, click AI Generate
2. 2Enter a topic brief, or upload a PDF for the AI to analyse
3. 3Choose question types, question count, and difficulty
4. 4Review the generated assessment — edit any question, mark scheme, or model answer
5. 5Save, then deploy to a class or run it live

Common mistakes

• Deploying a generated assessment without checking mark schemes are appropriate for your class
• Not reviewing AI-suggested model answers for subject-specific accuracy before students see feedback
• Uploading a very long PDF and expecting a 1:1 match — analysis works best on focused source material
