Built-in diagnostics and identity health checks that help admins and IT teams spot and resolve account issues — duplicate accounts, broken provider links, or profile inconsistencies — before they affect a teacher or student.

When should I use it?

Use this when a user reports a login or account issue, or as a periodic health check across your school or trust.

How do I use it?

1. 1Open Diagnostics from the admin sidebar to run platform-wide checks
2. 2Open Identity Health to review flagged accounts with sign-in provider or profile issues
3. 3Select a flagged account to see the specific issue detected
4. 4Use the repair tools to resolve common issues, or escalate to support for complex cases

Common mistakes

• Ignoring a flagged identity issue until a user reports it — periodic review catches problems earlier
• Manually editing a user profile to fix an issue that the repair tool handles safely
