Join a Class

What does this do?

Allows students to join a class using a 6-character code shared by their teacher. You enter your display label, click Join, and the class is added to your dashboard.

When should I use it?

Use this the first time your teacher gives you a class code — you only need to join once.

How do I use it?

2. 2Enter or confirm your display label (pre-filled from your account)
3. 3Click Join
4. 4You're redirected to your dashboard with the class now active

Common mistakes

• Invalid class code — check for typos or ask your teacher for the correct code
• The class is archived — the teacher needs to reopen it before you can join
