Pupils rate their confidence, the difficulty, how far they agree, or how they are feeling.

Pupils choose a theme:
A 1 to 5 rating scale for how confident pupils feel (Classfolio theme)
A 1 to 5 rating scale for how confident pupils feel

Good for

A confidence check before and after a topic, or a quick wellbeing check-in.

How to set it up

  1. 1In the lesson editor, choose Add slide and pick Rating scale.
  2. 2Write the question and set the lowest and highest points of the scale.
  3. 3Label the ends, choose how it looks, and allow a comment if you want one.
  4. 4Preview it as a pupil, then run the Readiness check before you launch: it flags anything still missing.

Tips from the classroom

  • Ask the same confidence question at the start and end of a topic, and compare.
  • Allow a comment for wellbeing checks, so pupils can say more if they want to.
