What does this do?

The student-facing assessment player. Handles all question types with autosave, optional text-to-speech (read-to-me), question navigation chips, answer shuffle, submission, and AI marking on submit.

When should I use it?

Use this when your teacher opens an assessment run and gives you the run code, or when it appears on your dashboard as an active run.

How do I use it?

1. 1Join the run using the code your teacher provides
2. 2Wait in the lobby until the teacher starts the assessment
3. 3Answer questions — your progress is autosaved
4. 4Submit when you've finished all questions
5. 5AI marking fires automatically for eligible questions
6. 6A 'Submitted' confirmation screen appears — wait for your teacher to release results

Common mistakes

• Closing the browser before submitting — progress is saved but you won't be marked as submitted
• The run hasn't started yet — the teacher must click Start before you can answer
