Staff CPD Cohorts

What does this do?

Manage staff CPD cohorts. Lists all cohorts with member count, active deployment count, and join code. Training Leads can create cohorts, share join codes, archive, and delete.

When should I use it?

Use this at the start of a CPD programme to set up cohorts and share join codes with staff members.

How do I use it?

1. 1View all cohorts with member counts
2. 2Click New Cohort to create one (name and description)
3. 3Copy the join code to share with staff
4. 4Archive or delete cohorts when they're no longer active

Common mistakes

• Only Training Leads can manage cohorts — non-leads see a permission block
• Deleting a cohort removes all its deployment data
