The Training Lead dashboard for managing CPD. Shows active live sessions, all staff deployments with overdue flags, ended session history, and cohorts. Supports creating live training sessions, archiving deployments, and ending live sessions.

When should I use it?

Use this as your main hub for managing all CPD activity — launching live training, tracking deployment completion, and reviewing past sessions.

How do I use it?

1. 1View any active live staff training sessions
2. 2Browse all deployments with status, type, and due date
3. 3Create a new live training session from a lesson
4. 4Archive or delete deployments no longer needed
5. 5End an active live session when the training is complete
6. 6View past ended sessions with member engagement counts

Common mistakes

• Only Training Leads can access this — non-leads see a permission block
