Join a Staff Training Session

What does this do?

The staff-member-facing live session player. Join a training session by entering the join code from your trainer. Functionally mirrors the student lesson player — responds to activities as slides advance. Folio entries are saved per response.

When should I use it?

Use this when your trainer starts a live CPD session and gives you a join code.

How do I use it?

1. 1Enter the join code shown by the trainer
2. 2Join the session and wait for it to begin
3. 3Respond to activities as the trainer advances slides
4. 4Your training folio entries are saved automatically per response
5. 5The session ends and you're redirected

Common mistakes

• Session not found — check the join code with your trainer
• Session already ended — ask your trainer to check if a replay is available
