Timetable Settings

What does this do?

Configure your timetable structure: which days you teach, period names, and period times. You can also import a timetable template shared by a colleague.

When should I use it?

Set this up at the start of term before using the planner. Without a timetable configured, the weekly planner shows no slots.

How do I use it?

1. 1Set the number of periods per day
2. 2Name and set start/end times for each period
3. 3Add or remove teaching days
4. 4Save your timetable

Common mistakes

• Duplicate period times will cause a conflict error — make sure each period has unique times
• Not saving — changes don't apply until you click Save
