Offline Mark Grid

What does this do?

The mark grid for a paper-based session. Enter per-question marks for each student, cycle through completion statuses (not started / completed / marked / missing / absent), upload photo evidence, and push results to student folios.

When should I use it?

Use this when you have paper scripts to mark and want to record each student's score so their folio stays up to date.

How do I use it?

1. 1View the student roster and the mark grid columns (one per question)
2. 2Tap the status badge next to each student to cycle through statuses
3. 3Enter marks per question per student in the grid cells
4. 4Upload a photo of a student's script as evidence if needed
5. 5Save marks (auto-save or bulk save)
6. 6Click Push to Folios to send all results to student digital portfolios

Common mistakes

• Forgetting to push results to folios — marks are saved but students won't see them until you push
• Uploading photos to the wrong student row
