Handing in your coursework (early access)

What does this do?

Early access: this may change. When your teacher shares a coursework list with your class, Coursework shows what you have done and what is still to do, the marks your teacher has confirmed, and where you hand in your work.

When should I use it?

Use it when your teacher asks you to hand in coursework or NEA work, and to see which parts still need evidence.

How do I use it?

  1. 1Open Coursework from the menu, or the Coursework card on your dashboard
  2. 2Under Hand in your work, choose your project file: a PDF, PowerPoint, Word document or photos of paper pages. You can add up to 10 files
  3. 3Put the files in order with Up and Down, then choose Continue. Keep the page open until it finishes
  4. 4Check which task each page belongs to. Choose Not for marking for a cover or contents page
  5. 5Choose Hand in. Your teacher can see it straight away
  6. 6To change something before it is marked, choose Withdraw and hand it in again. Once it is marked, ask your teacher

Common mistakes

  • Putting your name on the work: your teacher already knows who handed it in, so leave your name off every page, including photos of paper pages
  • Photographing paper pages out of order: choose all the photos at once, in page order (up to 30)
  • Closing the page while it is still uploading: wait until it says Handed in
