What does this do?

Generates a student voice, staff wellbeing, or parent feedback questionnaire from a brief. AI can also analyse collected responses afterwards and suggest a follow-up questionnaire or an action plan.

When should I use it?

Use this when you want a well-structured questionnaire quickly, or when you have results back and want AI help identifying themes and next steps.

How do I use it?

1. 1From Questionnaires, click New and choose Generate with AI
2. 2Describe the purpose — for example 'Year 9 wellbeing check-in' or 'parent feedback on homework'
3. 3Review the generated questions — edit wording, add or remove questions, and set anonymous or named responses
4. 4Share the questionnaire via class, cohort, or public link
5. 5Once responses arrive, use Analyse Results to get an AI summary and suggested action plan

Common mistakes

• Not setting responses to anonymous when asking about sensitive topics like wellbeing
• Overwriting the AI-suggested action plan without discussing it with relevant staff first
• Sharing a questionnaire before proofreading AI-generated question wording
